In our kitchen, origin and taste go hand in hand. Wherever possible, we prioritize products from the immediate surroundings, from fine dairy and cheese specialties to fresh vegetables and meat from local Tyrolean farms. We rely on short routes, honest craftsmanship, and authentic flavors that only nature can provide when fresh ingredients reach the table directly from the field.

A good house thrives on strong connections in its home region. Together with reliable partners from the village, we make your time off before the Zugspitze personal and uncomplicated. The artisanal freshness of the bakery, the best service from the sports equipment store, or the convenient ride up the mountain all naturally come together with us.

Our house is located right in the center of Lermoos, directly on the Kirchplatz square. From here, ski resorts, cross-country trails, hiking trails, and bike paths are within a few minutes’ walk. And for those who want to arrive without a car at all, the bus stop is right outside our front door.

Lermoos is located in the heart of the Tyrol Zugspitz Arena and allows you to arrive without haste. By train, you can travel in comfort to the town, where the free village bus will take you conveniently to your doorstep. An electric car charging station is available right on site for your arrival by electric car.
