From your private balcony you have Germany’s highest mountain right in front of you. The room specially designed for allergy sufferers ensures a sleep that truly refreshes you. A room that doesn’t require much – just the right things, with a view that lasts.

Everything that makes the Alpine double room special – natural materials, the pleasant atmosphere created by the clay plaster, the allergy-friendly room – and also a balcony from which you can look directly out over the Zugspitze mountain range. In the morning with your first cup of coffee, in the evening as you wind down for the day: this view makes every stay something special.

Price and booking information

Good planning is part of a relaxing holiday for us – that’s why we keep our cancellation conditions clearly transparent. The conditions apply according to the Austrian hotel regulations.

  • Up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation
  • Up to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the costs
  • Up to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the costs
  • In the week of arrival: 90 % of the costs

To ensure you are on the safe side, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

Our prices are per person per night in EUR, including taxes and excluding tourist tax (€ 3.00 per person/night, from the age of 15). Package prices are based on the respective package content.

For a fixed reservation, we require an advance payment of one-third of the total price.

Arrival: Your room is available from 2 PM. If you are traveling earlier, please let us know in advance – if possible, you can then also check in at an earlier time.

Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. We will be happy to check if a longer stay is possible or if you can leave your luggage at the reception until your onward journey.
