Each of these suites has its own unique charm: depending on the location, you can see the Zugspitze directly from the balcony, while the rooms with small terraces offer a magnificent view of the Grubigstein. The room specially designed for allergy sufferers ensures a restful sleep. A room for everyone who wants a little more space – without sacrificing the peace and quiet of the house.
Our junior suite offers everything that the Alpine double room is known for – natural materials, clay plaster for a pleasant indoor climate, an allergy-friendly room and, on top of that, a little more space to relax. The rooms surprise with their own perspective: the suites with balconies open up to the Zugspitze, while our suites with a small terrace let you look out over the Grubigstein. Ideal for anyone who wants to have a little more space on their travels.

Cancellation & Travel Insurance
Good planning is part of a relaxing holiday for us – that’s why we keep our cancellation conditions clearly transparent. The conditions apply according to the Austrian hotel regulations.
- Up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation
- Up to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the costs
- Up to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the costs
- In the week of arrival: 90 % of the costs
To ensure you are on the safe side, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
Prices & Payment
Our prices are per person per night in EUR, including taxes and excluding tourist tax (€ 3.00 per person/night, from the age of 15). Package prices are based on the respective package content.
For a fixed reservation, we require an advance payment of one-third of the total price.
Arrival and departure
Arrival: Your room is available from 2 PM. If you are traveling earlier, please let us know in advance – if possible, you can then also check in at an earlier time.
Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. We will be happy to check if a longer stay is possible or if you can leave your luggage at the reception until your onward journey.
